How to Create a Mailing List From Excel

You can create your mailing list using Excel by following these steps:

  1. Create your mailing list in Excel, with the first row containing the field names.  All subsequent rows contain the recipients.  An example is shown here:

  1. Create your mailing listing by using "File / Save As..." and saving to a tab delimited text file:

You can then use this saved text mailing list directly in eAnnouncer.
